I Feel Amazing and Look Like a Completely Different Person, Mind & Body.

I started the intermittent fasting where I weighed 212 pounds, I have tried every diet and I’ve heard of intermittent fasting and thought that it was crazy. I knew that I needed to do something and fasting changed my life! I started fasting 16 hours then changed it to 18 then changed it to 20, I have been fasting one meal a day.

I went from 212 pounds to 138 pounds. My goal weight was 155 but I got there so quickly that I knew that I wanted to be smaller.

One meal a day has changed my life, my skin cleared up, it was so oily, I had acne that would pop up randomly, my menstrual cramps are less and less I went from a size 12 to a size 2 sometimes a size 0.

I feel like a completely different person I look like a completely different person I feel for the 1st time amazing. Mind and body.

I never knew that it was about what time you ate or WHEN you ate rather than WHAT you ate, fasting has really changed everything about my life. I will continue to do this way of eating forever. I’m glad that I’m not on a diet to lose weight. I’m glad that I didn’t do a diet to lose weight. I love the concept of eating 1 good meal and not counting calories and enjoying my life. I like to dabble in all kinds of eating. Some days it’s vegetarian, others low carb, others I’m like give me all the pizza, I just stick to my window. I am a foodie at heart so sticking to any type of diet is very challenging for me but with intermittent fasting, it is so easy and it works, there’s literally no thought behind it it’s free, just delay your eating and watched the weight fall off it’s literally the best thing you can do for your health.

It’s easy to eat healthy when you are losing weight, the weight loss was my motivation, now that I’m in maintenance mode I tend to eat a bit more snacks but still within an hour or 2.

The only advice I can give is: Do not give up. Don’t go crazy over what the scale says, take pictures, measure yourself, and keep pushing forward.

Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.
