Intermittent Fasting: The Most Simple, Easy, Efficient Plan I Have Ever Tried.

I’m working every day and in my day to day schedule I’m quite busy. I only heard about IF few times before in the last couple of years I never really got deep into it. I`ve watched some youtube video with some workout and the guy that was explaining the workout said he is working out while “fasting” in order to burn more fat!

Then I ordered all the books I could find online, read hundreds of articles.

Sign up for online courses that were educating me about IF and general fasting, healing through fasting too. And after everything I learned for me personally made the most sense to start eating this way. For me, it's absolutely the easiest way to maintain a lean form all year round.

Intermittent Fasting is the most simple, easy, efficient diet plan I have ever tried. For all you who don't have time to prepare meals, to count calories, or you simply can't afford to have private catering deliveries – try IF the results will blow your mind for sure!

Konstantina Markova, 30, Bulgaria

I lost a significant amount of fat in my body (around 5% o total body fat for 3 and half months), I have more energy and concentration. My skin is looking much healthier, my general quality of life increased for sure. I also save a lot of time and money!

When it comes to fasting, what are your top 3 recommendations?

1- Be disciplined – don’t cheat with one bite or a little bit of this or that. The rewards and uncountable when you make it a habit! Start and try it for at least 3 weeks if you don’t feel significantly better then change something!

Window times or calories intake, this is the most flexible way of eating so be creative!

2. When your time to eat comes don’t go crazy and eat whatever you see in front of you. Plan your meal and be careful with what you break your fast! There is a number of foods that are highly not recommended when you need to break your fast, do your own research and know your food!

3. Drink a lot of water and tea! Don’t get dehydrated at any given time! Water helps with the feeling of being full and green tea, for example, suppress hunger. Of course, keep track of your caffeine intake for the day, but use 0 calories drinks as much as you can!

How did you manage to integrate this healthy lifestyle into your life?

With ease. I have never been a breakfast person, so instead of eating some small snack in the morning I simply extended my “hungry” time with few hours. Now 3 months after I started with IF, I begin to think about food and feel hunger around 14:00/15:00 in the day and before that, I don’t feel hungry at all.

What motivates you to continue with this lifestyle?

The undeniable results.

My body looks amazing and I personally had my first results a few days after I started.

I enjoy the fact that I consume less food in general but the quality of the things I eat increased because I have to limit my eating in just a few hours. Also, I save myself a LOT of time with this way of eating.

What is your best piece of advice for those just starting to fast?

It takes time to see real results and benefits. Just be patient and trust the process! Someday you will gain and some days you will lose some kg, but in the end in a few weeks after following this plan, your body and your mind will feel MUCH better.

Start with something easier don`t push yourself too much. Maybe start with only 12 hours, and then 14 hours and then stick to 16:8 for at least 2-3 weeks and only after that you increase the “hungry” window. Don`t start from the beginning with 18 or 24 hours it's really hard!
