1 year and 4 months ago I was feeling tired, inflamed, out of shape and was pushing 215 lbs and I was simply over it. I have a 13-year-old son and a 6-year-old stepson and as of recent, my now fiancé. I wanted to feel good about myself and make sure I was going to be here for the long haul. I changed my health by starting keto and incorporating intermittent fasting with 2-3 monthly extended fasts of 40+ hours.
I went from close to 210 lbs to my current weight of 172.4 lbs.

Being in the best shape of my life at 43 years old, soon to be 44!
