Week 2 fasting schedule
Hi - is there a fasting schedule for the second week like there was for the first? I cannot see it and wanted to check. I know there is a fasting schedule included in the guide that was available to download at the beginning of the challenge but the fasting times differ in that pdf to the week 1 fasting schedule shared last week. I emailed to query that but haven't heard back yet. I have been doing my best to follow the schedule in the guide. Is that correct? Can anyone clarify? Thank you! :)
