I thought: this is amazing. Lose weight without starving, without counting calories.
But it never occurred to me that this could happen to everyone.
So when I was in the US in 2012 I heard a Doctor talking about Functional Medicine.
Then I discovered Fasting. And I discovered that, through Fasting + Detoxification, to lose weight you don’t need to eat less

As it usually is in the world of diets
It’s something practical, which goes to the root of the problem and it is essential to lose weight.
This means the difference between losing weight and eliminating fat.
It can even mean the difference between success or failure in slimming - and even overall health.
And, perhaps most importantly, the effect it has is FAST AND NATURAL, you feel it, people talk about it...
And so I found that many people who fast, the more they do, the more willing they are and the more their body repairs itself and the metabolism speeds up.
Which means a lot.
